What is the capacity of the venue?
The first question you should ask when selecting a wedding venue is about the capacity. You need to know how many guests the venue can accommodate comfortably. You don’t want to book a venue that is too small for your guest list or one that is too large and feels empty. Make sure to ask the venue about their maximum capacity and if they have any restrictions on the number of guests. You’ll also want to ask about the table set up options based on the number of guests you are planning.

Are there separate ceremony and reception spaces?
Yes, we offer multiple ceremony and reception spaces. Our most popular locations are under the oak trees and on the travertine, but we invite you to explore our gallery for inspiration and ideas to make your day uniquely yours.
How do we handle bad weather?
As an outdoor-only venue, we offer a tent over the terrace area for rain. We also have an optional weather package with heaters, blankets, umbrellas and fans.
Do we have to use preferred vendors?
We have a preferred vendor list, but that does not mean you have to use them, you can bring your own vendors.
Is the deposit refundable?
The initial deposit is non-refundable once the contract is signed, but your wedding date may be rescheduled if needed.
Is our date available, and how to reserve it?
Availability can vary, with popular dates booking months in advance. Reach out to us for the most up-to-date openings. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.
Are there overnight accommodations?
Yes, we have overnight accommodations for our weekend packages for 15 guests.
Are there different packages available?
Yes, we have different packages and add-on options, the best way to get our packages is to inquire on the website, and you will be immediately sent an email with the list of packages and starting prices. If you do not receive this email be sure to check in your spam folder.
Do you have all-inclusive weddings?
Yes, we offer all-inclusive wedding packages; however, each package is tailored to the couple and requires a custom quote based on your specific needs.
What time does the event have to end?
The venue will close at 10pm. Vendors are permitted to stay later for pickup.
Is parking available?
We offer complimentary guest parking and provide golf cart transportation from the parking area to the venue throughout the evening. The parking area is within walking distance of the venue.
Do you have a bridal suite?
Yes! We have two spaces available: one is a getting-ready suite with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the other is a bridal lounge with a connected bathroom, conveniently located near the ceremony sites for last-minute touches and photos.
Can we tour the venue?
Yes, you can contact us to book a tour here. We currently offer tours on Mondays and Thursdays.
Can we decorate the venue?
Yes, you’re welcome to decorate the venue, and we also offer a selection of add-on items, including signs, vases, candles and mirrors. Please refer to our à la carte list for all available options.
Is setup and breakdown included?
If you book an all-inclusive wedding package, setup and breakdown are fully handled for you.
If you choose to bring in your own vendors, you’ll need to confirm within your contracts what each vendor is responsible for setting up and breaking down. As DIY weddings have become more popular, this is especially important. While we provide one to two day-of coordinators, you may need to hire additional assistance for décor setup and end-of-night breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly.
